Mission

To help you understand the Mission of Quintessential Business Solutions we want to define for you what our perceptions of the three words that make up the name of the business really are. 

Quintessential: 
When Aristotle was first starting to classify all things he declared there were only 5 basic elements in the universe and each thing was made up of some combination of those 5 basic elements.  Those elements were Earth, Wind, Fire, Water and The Quintessence. By Aristotle's definition the Quintessence was the substance that made up the heavens and existed in the space between all the other elements binding the universe together.  

To Aristotle: Quintessential means of the Quintessence or more so to the point it is the essence of that which binds all things.  

In the modern day vernacular Quintessential has come to mean "the perfect example, class, or quality", both definitions will work for our purpose.  

Business:
Now, I'm sure that if you are reading this page you probably don't need us to define "business" to you but please bare with us as we break down what a business is to us so that you can understand how it works in our Company name.

 A Business is a group or entity who continually performs these three tasks on an ongoing basis:
1) Informs prospects of a product or service they have available for them.
2) Produces the product or service
3) Delivers the product or service to clients  

Sure, this seems like an over simplification, but it's the essence of every business, you do your sales and marketing so that you can inform prospects that you have a product or service and tell them why they should be buying your product (Sales and Marketing). You produce the product or service (Manufacturing, Product Creation, etc.). Then you distribute the products to people (or other businesses) who have received your message about the product well (distribution). Now, we could go on here about how this most basic of models fits each type of business but that is not the point of this page.  

 Solutions:

 That which solves a problem, and in many cases a problem that a client did not even realize existed.

Next, a couple of core philosophies we'd like to share with you before giving you our Mission statement.

Small Business is the Backbone of this great country.
In other words, it's the businesses that are headed by someone with the Entrepreneurial spirit, who wants to make a difference in the world and strike out on their own that really pushes us all forward. All of the Principles of Quintessential Business Solutions, LLC have performed large tasks that were of great benefit to Fortune 500 companies but we've come to believe that we do a greater good in the world if we put our talents to use helping those people who are struggling to keep their business moving forward while fighting against the resources of those larger entities.  Businesses with vision, leadership, drive, and desire where there is one person at the heart of it all who has their hand in every aspect of the business. These are the people who need our help so they can grow beyond their own personal reach before they are burned out giving their soul over to their own creation.

Technology is Predictable, Repeatable, and Cost-Effective
There are so many processes you probably already have in your business that you don't even know are really a process. These are the things you can't cost effectively train an employee to do because an employee will never think like you, and will cut corners when they can. Technology on the other hand forces you to look at your process and evaluate it, then break it down into specific steps; once you've done that you can train a computer one time to always act in a predictable way for life. It requires a large investment of time on the front end, but will drive you into the future on the back end. Many times, even when a process can't be automated and needs to be done by a human, the process can still be managed and the human can be kept from cutting corners by the use of technological reinforcement.

So, what is the Mission of Quintessential Business Solutions, LLC?

To use Technology to enable small businesses to bind all aspects of their business with stream lined technology processes that solve most of their business needs and allow them to scale for a global economy.
